Meet The Team
Rebecca Taylor
Owner, FNP-C
Rebecca is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years’ experience in her field, her areas of practice include Women’s Health, Urgent Care, Family Practice, and Infusion Therapy for a variety of inflammatory and auto-immune conditions. Her undergraduate education was completed at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2008. She later went on to pursue her graduate degree from Indiana State University in 2017.
She has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, many of those years spent in the emergency department, forensics, and on the mission field in Latin America. Fun fact: she speaks Spanish fluently.
After years of personally struggling with hormone imbalance and weight management, she has found relief and wellness, personally and professionally, in the realm of integrative and functional medicine. Rebecca’s desire is to work alongside her patients to optimize their health and give them the zeal for life they long for.
Samantha Crusenberry
WHNP
I am a very passionate nurse with over 16 years of experience in healthcare. I’ve worked from the ground up over the years and I’ve grown a passion for helping women thrive in life. After years of seeing the fracture in traditional medicine, and being left uncertain as a patient and provider, I decided it was time to change that. I hope to teach you all of the pieces I have been able to use to help heal my own autoimmune conditions.
I started in high school as a veterinary technician and while I love animals, I fell in love with the human connection. From there I worked in a retail pharmacy during nursing school until I became a patient care technician in the ER. After graduating with my ASN I joined the labor and delivery team and my passion for women’s health was born… pardon the pun. Over the 6 years there I completed my BSN and MSN in women’s health and became a certified NP.
When I’m not caring for my patients, I am living the most blessed life with my two daughters, Ella and Evelyn. We enjoy many adventures and love to be outside. As I grow in the motherhood role, I am learning and healing a lot within myself and feel more empowered as I grow.

Hannah R.
RN
With 14 years of nursing experience – primarily in the ER and a few years in labor and delivery – Hannah brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to patient care. A graduate of Ball State University, she is excited to be part of a practice that prioritizes true health and helps people feel their best, a mission that has personally impacted both her and her family.
Outside of work, she and her husband of 22 years enjoy an active life with their two sons, ages 10 and 13. Together, they love camping, hiking, biking, off-roading, traveling, and exploring national parks, as well as being engaged in their church community. She looks forward to continuing to grow in this new area of nursing while connecting with and supporting others along the way.
